Tracking your order with LORDLY is easy! Follow these steps:

• Visit our website: www.lordlyfashion.com.
• Go to the 'Track Your Order' page.
• Enter your Order Number or Tracking ID.
• Click on 'Submit' to get real-time updates on the location and status of your package.

Orders usually take 2-5 working days to reach all metros and tier I cities. For some pin codes, it might take a little more time. In case of delays, please contact us at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com.

• Visit the "Place your Return/Exchange Request" section on the website/app to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
• Submit the required details as prompted.
• Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would like to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we will get in touch with you to confirm your request. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags.

We levy a charge of INR 150 for any return/exchange placed as a reverse shipment fee.

No, LORDLY provides free delivery on all prepaid orders across PAN India. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping fee of INR 100/- will be applicable. This fee helps cover the shipping and handling costs associated with COD transactions. Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 5000 on all serviceable pincodes.

PAYMENTS

CANCELLATION, RETURN/EXCHANGE& REFUND

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Click the cancel order button in the Order
confirmation message to cancel your order.

Visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request for your order. Pack the product
back in its original packing (with tags) and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund to the same account details used for payment. Please note that a handling fee of INR 150 is charged for returns. Orders placed during any sale (e.g., BOGO)
that include free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com and email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product. Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed

If you receive a different/wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request.

A return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

For return/exchange, reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days
for the product to arrive at our warehouse, undergo a quality check, and initiate the refund or exchange process within 72 hours. Once dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. For further assistance, please email us at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com.

 

After the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund or exchange
request will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note that if a promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be
refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will
be credited to the bank account.

For orders placed with discounts that are returned, the discount will be waived off, and the products
will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

For prepaid orders, the refund method depends on the payment mode. The amount will be credited to your account
within 2-3 working days. Please contact your respective bank if the refund does not reflect. If a promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases,
the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

In most cases, the payment is automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. If not, email us the transaction details at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com, and we will verify and get back to you promptly.

If a customer refuses to accept a shipped order and requests cancellation, LORDLY follows a specific refund policy. Since the order has undergone processing, shipping, and associated costs have been incurred, a full refund will not be provided. The refund will be processed after deducting all incurred costs, including shipping and Return to Origin (RTO) charges. It's important to carefully consider your order and contact our customer support team if you have any concerns before the shipping process begins.
